How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
You get a managed team, not a solo freelancer. We handle quality, continuity, and backup. If a designer is sick or on leave, someone else picks up. You never chase invoices or manage HR.
What level of designer do we get?
Senior. Our extended team designers have 5+ years of experience and have worked on products across SaaS, fintech, insurance, recruitment, and e-commerce. We don't assign juniors to retainer clients.
Can we choose who works with us?
Yes. We recommend designers based on your product and stack, and you meet them before we start. If the fit isn't right, we'll swap — no penalty, no awkward conversations.
What tools do your designers use?
Figma for design, FigJam or Miro for workshops, and whatever your team uses for communication — Slack, Teams, Discord. We adapt to your stack, not the other way around.
Pricing & commitment
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of designers and whether they work full-time or part-time. We'll give you a clear monthly rate after understanding your needs. No hidden fees, no hourly tracking.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a 3-month minimum to give the team time to learn your product and deliver real impact. After that, it's month-to-month — scale up, scale down, or pause anytime.
Can we start with one designer and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with one designer and scale up as the workload grows. We can add designers within 1–2 weeks when you need them.
Working together
What time zone do your designers work in?
GMT+7 (Jakarta). We overlap well with teams in Southeast Asia, Australia, and parts of Europe. For teams in the US, we adjust schedules to ensure at least 3–4 hours of real-time overlap.
Who manages the designers?
You do — they work inside your process. On our side, a design lead reviews quality and handles any operational issues. You get the output of senior designers without the management overhead.
What if we need design work outside UI/UX?
Our designers can handle brand identity, marketing design, pitch decks, and presentation design alongside product work. If it's a specialised need we can't cover, we'll tell you upfront.
