We designed and developed an Incentive Calculator Add-On for Talenta, enhancing the platform’s capabilities to help companies manage employee incentives effectively. This feature allows businesses to calculate employee incentives based on sales performance and custom metrics, tailored to their specific needs.
The add-on is highly flexible, enabling HR teams to define parameters such as sales targets, performance benchmarks, and incentive structures. The goal was to simplify complex calculations while providing a transparent and user-friendly interface for both HR teams and employees.
