Hay Form is an innovative platform that allows users to easily create customized online forms, with submitted data sent directly to WhatsApp. Designed to simplify communication and data collection, Hay Form combines convenience with efficiency for both businesses and individuals.
As an internal project, we undertook the UI/UX design and development of Hay Form, focusing on both the landing page and web application. Our goal was to deliver a platform that is intuitive, visually appealing, and modern, ensuring a seamless experience for users of all levels.
