We partnered with Income to completely revamp their digital insurance platform, Income.com.sg, with a focus on enhancing usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. The redesign aimed to create a streamlined, intuitive interface that simplifies the insurance process for users, from exploring policy options to managing claims. By conducting in-depth user research and usability testing, we identified key pain points and opportunities for improvement, informing a user-centered approach to the new design.

Our solution included a responsive, mobile-first design that aligns with modern accessibility standards, making it easy for users to interact with the platform on any device. Additionally, we implemented a modular Design System to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while allowing flexibility for future updates. The redesigned platform now provides a cohesive, efficient experience, empowering users to access insurance information and manage their policies with ease.
